If these are the typical cartridge filters, you can usually acquire the new filters at Lowe's or Home Depot. They may also acquire the plastic wrench to help removing the housing. Then it is spin off the water, place some towels on the floor, remove the housings, remove filter, install modern filter, replace housing. Twist water on SLOWLY to check for leaks. Do not use Frank Gay Plumbing. I was double charged for the call out and they refused to reimburse me even though the signed invoice said otherwise. Had to go through arbitration with my bank using a dispute process. The decision was a no brainer because the signed invoice was pro frank gay services prices
