Willow Smith talks sexuality, says she could see herself with both a gentleman and a woman in a polyamorous relationship

Willow Smith, her mother Jada Pinkett Smith and her grandmother Adrienne Banfield-Jones got together for another edition of "Red Table Talk." This time the conversation focused on "unconventional relationships" and multiple partners.

Smith, 18, has always been very candid about her views of the world and on Monday's Facebook show, she talked about what she wants in a loved one -- or partners -- as she moves forward as a young woman.

Pinkett Smith opened the illustrate by saying that Willow has been reading up on polyamory, the perform of having multiple partners for the purpose of love.

In a video, it was explained that this practice is not polygamy or swinging. It's also about honesty and adoration, not just sex.

"Will and I are constantly in conversations about alternatives," Pinkett Smith said, later adding that she's monogamous when it comes to sex.

Willow said investigating this considerate of new love is all about looking for something that can be "helpful and make us love more." Though her experience is very limited

A polyamorous relationship is the one where a person can include intimate relationships with more than one partner with the informed consent of all involved. The society generally regards monogamous relationships as the accepted norm. Anything other than monogamy is seen as immoral, and even illegal, in some cultures.

Willow said on the chat show, “With multiple partners, I feel appreciate the main foundation is the autonomy to be fit to create a relationship style that works for you and not just stepping into monogamy because that’s what everyone around you says is the right thing to do. So I was like, how can I structure the way that I approach relationships with that in mind? Also, doing research into multiple partners, the main reasons why monogamous relationships – or why marriage – why divorces happen is infidelity.”

Willow Smith has shared details of her association preferences and sexuality in a modern post shared online. 

The Whip My Hair hitmaker took to Instagram this week to fill out a new chart called "Scale of Me" which has been making its rounds on the popular picture sharing app. 

The 23-year-old took time to pack in her answers on a scale, using a sunflower emoji to place it where she most related. 

These included her gender, which was placed between non-binary and female, and her sexuality, which was placed between hetero and bi-pan. 

For her association preference, the talented singer placed the sunflower emoji closer to poly, between that and open-fluid single. 

Willow has previously opened up about being polyamorous, and first spoke about it in 2021. Polyamory is when those involved are in agreement that it's okay for everyone to be in an unseal relationship, or to have more than one romantic partner.
